Emanuel Dore

Brother Emanuel V. Dore, a native Beaufortonian, was initiated into the Fraternity in the summer of 1983 in the Beaufort Alumni Chapter. He graduated from Battery Creek High School in 1978 and South Carolina State College in 1982 with a B.S. degree in Special Education/ Learning Disabilities.

Brother Dore is a retired educator, having taught at Shell Point Elementary for thirty years. Presently, he is a part time employee of the Beaufort County School District. He is married to Saundra Graves Dore and they have two adult children and a grandson, Ashlei, Brandon and Cruz respectively, whom reside in Atlanta, Ga. Brother Dore and his family attend New Hope Disciples of Christ Church-Burton, S.C.
