Herman Neal

Brother Herman Neal was born and raised in Louisburg, NC and graduated from Riverside High School in that city. He attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. During his tenure at NCCU, he participated in a number of civic and student activities in the college community.

Upon graduation, he began his career in commercial banking and worked for such companies as The Bank of New York and Bankers Trust Company. In later years, he saw the need to further his education and earned a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, New Jersey.

Brother Neal's later business career experiences include New Jersey Higher Education Assistance Authority, Equifax, and HP Financial Services. He retired in 2008 as an Asset Recovery Executive.

He has been a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. for more than 29 years; He served as  the first Polemarch of  the newly chartered Beaufort Jasper-Hilton Head Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.  Also, he served as the first Membership Training Academy (MTA) Advisor for the Chapter and the Undergraduate Nu Nu Colony at the University of South Carolina-Beaufort.

 

Brother Neal and his wife, Diane,  a member of the Hilton Head-Bluffton Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, currently reside in Bluffton, SC.
